Barbee Visit

Round 3 of visitors in the past two weeks- Aldo is so spoiled!! We were happy to hear that the Barbees were going to drive from Boston this past Saturday to come see Aldo for the night. They arrived just in time for a pizza dinner. We then had to of course go for ice cream and took a walk through Central Park. On Sunday we enjoyed brunch and the park again. This time at the park the Barbees were able to see it in all its glory! First by watching a few street performers and then by watching the roller skaters. (this rollerskating group is a trip- all kinds of people come out each weekend to strut their latest roller moves- see pics). Thanks Barbee family for making the trip. Aldo misses your attention already!!!

Linton Visit

The Linton family finally made it out of Waxhaw, NC to come to the Big Apple to meet Aldo. We enjoyed the Natural History Museum (note- never go when kids have spring break- crazy crowded) but only stayed for the dinosaur exhibit. Ike lost his tooth eating a Sponge Bob Square Pants ice cream in Central Park (we all thought that was a pretty cool story to tell the other kids at school and the tooth fairy). We also enjoyed the #1 vegetarian restaurant in the country 4 times! (we happen to live above it!!!) And of course we "hung out" with baby Aldo- mostly watching him sleep, changing his diaper, and mainly just staring at how cute he is (yes I am biased)! Thank you Linton family for making the trip. We love you!

Aldo is so loved......

Anna, Gina, Abby and Ashley flew into NYC last Wednesday to meet Aldo!

Aldo was a good boy- mostly sleeping throughout the entire visit!

Naked Baby

Aldo exploded out of his diaper in the park the other day and had to ride home in his diaper- from the picture he didn't seem to mind a bit!!

Thanks Brandi for babysitting so Tony and I could enjoy a dinner date without the little man (even though we missed him every second).
