Halloween weekend

Super Mario Brothers!!! Thanks to Marci, Aldo and CJ had handmade costumes again this year (last years infamous Stay Puff Marshmallow costume has gone down in the history books). Aldo didn't really enjoy the hat or the fake attached mustache but we managed to capture the essence of the costume. He did like running up and down the closed streets on 91st and 94th (while seeing famous people like Katie Couric). He then REALLY enjoyed going to some apartment doors and getting candy. I have a feeling he is going to think this is a normal thing- knocking on a door then someone with a bucket full of candy answering! He managed to only have a few minor breakdowns when we didn't allow him to eat every single piece as he was getting them. CJ enjoyed watching Aldo but mostly he took a nap and couldn't be bothered by it all. All and all it was a fabulous day!

Best Friends

As you all know Wryder and Aldo are best friends (Jack is Aldo's best friend too but often takes a back seat to his older brother). Aldo copies everything Wryder does and vise versa. They really enjoyed the pumpkin patch as you can see!!

Twins

No I am not having twins- lol. I already did- well kind of. Aldo and CJ are starting to really look like brothers (esp. when I dress them in the same hoodie!). CJ turned 5 months and Aldo 19 months last week. CJ went to the doctor and weighs 17 lb. 5 ounces now. He is hitting the standard marks for his age- blowing strawberries, almost sitting up, rolling over both ways, very alert, smiling, laughing and giving his brother all the attention!! Aldo is just as active- talking up a storm. Tony and I love his hug parties- he will run to me and give a big hug then run to daddy then run to "bobby" and back and forth and back and forth!!!! It is the BEST feeling to get a hug from him!! Stay tuned- Marci just mailed their Halloween coustoms! I can't wait to see them this year in them. We are also going next weekend the a Pumpkin Patch in NJ. It will be great (I have never been or least never remember going to a big farm like this will be!)....so stayed tuned for new pictures next week...

Fall in NYC

Random

Here are a few pictures over the last week or two....We are really enjoying the fall days here in the city! We go to Central Park almost every afternoon to play with GW, Jack and Aunt Jodi. We also see Sarah and Reese sometimes! Aldo is growing up so fast- he talks all day- but making out what he is actually saying is tough! CJ has his 5 month doctors appt. tomorrow- so I will update you later on his weight, height, etc.

Even though this is not the best picture of my little monkey- you can get the point. Aldo is getting into everything! He is talking up a storm! He is turning into a big boy before my eyes! Why can't he stay young forever? I love you my little monkey!!
